Company Policy

At Awards we are looking to provide you with Quality Driving Tuition at affordable prices, to this aim we have the following policies:

  1. Genuine one to one tuition. with a full one hour of instruction for every hour that is booked.
  2. Pick up and drop off at your convenience, we recognise that you will have flexible needs in where you wish to be picked up from and dropped off at. So we allow 30mins between each lesson, so you need not feel under any pressure.
  3. Honest and constructive opinions of your current ability. we have a track record that can be used to record your ability and where you need to focus your attention.
  4. A complete non smoking environment
  5. All cars fully insured and fitted with Dual controls.
  6. All of our instructors will have passed the current D.S.A. instructional test which enables them to teach people how to drive.
  7. All of our instructors will have been vetted and checked to make sure that they are fit people to teach people how to drive.
  8. We will use the same instructor all the time there will not be any swapping around. you will have the same instructor each lesson that you book, unless you wish it otherwise.
  9. If your lesson is cancelled at less than 48hrs notice then we will ensure that your next lesson will be at no cost to you.
  10. Test lessons will be of a two hour duration. the first hour refreshing on what you have learned. the second hour out on your driving test.
  11. What we would ask from you is that if you have to cancel your lesson, please give us at least 48hrs notice otherwise tha cost of the lesson may be chargable to your account.
