Lee is a great believer in letting pupils proceed at their own pace, rather than trying to rush them forward. He finds that by doing this, his pupils are ready for the Leicester driving test sooner rather than later.
Lee finds that many of his pupils have the belief that examiners have a “quota” and are only allowed to pass a specific number of pupils a month. He always encourages them by ensuring that they understand that if they are good enough to pass, they most certainly will. There is no “quota”.
Lee also gets great enjoyment out of teaching people with learning disabilities. He says that their response when they pass their test is “fantastic”, and gives him a great sense of achievement;
Lee is a Grade 4 DSA Approved Driving Instructor. His hobbies are his family, and bringing up his young children.
